I started photography mostly on a whim, talking to my friends about how I’ve always wanted to try it out and see what it was like. My first experience with a camera was in 2023 (a bit late, I know!).

I originally had no idea how to work it at all, and had no clue as to how to take a good photo. Since then, I’ve been obsessed with and delved deeper and deeper into the world of photography; I have been fascinated by how photographers can compose photographs that are so compelling emotionally, creating images that can make the viewer think or feel a certain way.

This is what inspires me. I want to take photos that tell a story, that can put you in a certain place or time, to make you reminisce or imagine.

I hope to be able to do this better and better as time goes on, as I learn more about what it takes to craft and compose a beautiful photograph.
